Job summary

CVS Health’s Aetna Enterprise Delivery team seeks an innovative leader to drive delivery on critical Commercial Segment initiatives. You will coach Scrum Masters, manage budgets, and partner with Technology, Business, and Operations to advance the product roadmap and measure progress with established metrics.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, enable self-organization, and foster collaboration while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and quarterly forecasts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of leading and developing Project Managers/Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile/Scrum methodologies in software development.
• 2+ years budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using work management platforms and budget tools.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ and multiple large projects.
• Manage Agile resources and matrixed project team members.
• Lead planning activities: meetings, agendas, reports, tracking.
• Ensure deliverables are produced and updated as projects grow.
• Coordinate with Senior leaders across company.
• Track timelines, milestones, and dependencies with partners.
• Oversee projects using CVS agile practices and PM tools.
• Coordinate with other leads to address risks and cross-project dependencies.
• Ensure resources are available to meet project goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates.
• Forecast resources and participate in quarterly forecasts.
