Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of leading and developing Project Managers/Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office Suite and budget tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs with budgets of $10M+ comprising multiple large projects.
• Manage Agile practice resources and matrixed project team members.
• Drive planning activities: meetings, agendas and tracking reports.
• Ensure deliverables are created, maintained and used by leaders.
• Communicate status to senior leaders across company areas.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with internal/external partners.
• Track multiple lifecycles, deadlines, and escalate issues.
• Apply CVS Agile/PM practices and tools.
• Coordinate with other project leads to address risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-project dependencies and resource needs.
• Secure resources and ongoing support for project goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates.
• Forecast resources and participate in quarterly forecasts while guarding budgets.
