Job summary

CVS Health's Aetna Enterprise Delivery team is seeking an innovative leader with strong analytic, Agile, and program management skills to drive delivery on critical initiatives in the Commercial Segment.

The role will oversee Scrum events, coach the team, manage budgets over $10M, and ensure alignment with senior leaders while supporting the product roadmap and milestones across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of experience developing and leading teams of Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies in software development.
• 2+ years of budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using MS Office Suite and budget management tools.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+, consisting of large projects.
• Lead Agile practice resources and matrixed project team members.
• Plan activities, develop agendas, and produce reports for tracking initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Communicate with Senior leaders across the company.
• Track timelines and milestones with internal and external partners.
