Job summary

CVS Health’s Aetna Enterprise Delivery team is seeking a high‑energy leader to drive delivery on critical initiatives in the Commercial Segment. The role leads Agile teams, coaches Scrum Masters, and partners with Technology, Business, and Operations to advance the product roadmap and drive continuous improvement.

The position requires people management and experience guiding large, matrixed organizations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of managing and developing teams of PMs/SMs.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using Office, work management platforms, and budget tools.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ and multiple large projects.
• Lead Agile practice resources and matrixed project team members.
• Coordinate planning activities, meetings, and status reporting.
• Ensure deliverables are created and updated as projects evolve.
• Communicate with senior leaders across the company.
• Oversee timelines, milestones, and dependencies with partners.
• Track multiple lifecycles and escalate issues needing resolution.
• Manage projects using CVS Agile methods and PM practices.
• Collaborate with other leads to address risks and progress.
• Interface with other projects to coordinate cross‑functional work.
• Secure resources and maintain ongoing support for goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates.
• Forecast resources and participate in quarterly revisions.
