Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex capital programs across hospitals and health systems in North Texas, Houston, or Austin. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery to shape care delivery facilities from planning through closeout.

You'll partner with executives, facilities teams, designers, and contractors to drive safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction while guiding programs with governance, risk management, and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple healthcare projects or programs, aligning resources and plans with client goals.
• Serve as primary client interface to senior executives and facilities leadership.
• Lead project teams through planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout with focus on safety, quality, schedule and cost.
• Establish governance structures and communication routines to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Manage project finances including budget development, forecasting, and contract administration support.
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect operations, schedule performance, and success of programs.
