10Pearls, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise initiatives for healthcare clients. You will guide large, cross-functional programs, maintaining visibility into timelines, budgets, risks, and overall program health while engaging senior leadership.

The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills, with healthcare and Medicaid experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required; Medicaid experience preferred.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tracking skills.
• Delivery discipline including project planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior leadership and stakeholders.
