Job summary

PartsSource, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of its largest customer programs across enterprise health systems and multi-site organizations.

You will lead a matrixed team of Engagement Managers, Implementation Specialists, and technical resources, coordinating with partners and cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and value realization. The role requires strong executive-facing communication, governance design, and the ability to manage complex dependencies

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise programs in healthcare or related fields.
• 3+ years running programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated Master Program Plan with cross-workstream dependencies.
• Define scope, commercial structure and effort across solutions; present to executives.
• Establish governance and stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
• Manage risks, integrations and third parties across multi-site deployments.
• Drive adoption and benefits realization through change management.
