Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing projects or programs using SDLC, process management or organizational change.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering large, complex projects in a corporate environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading project teams.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing project budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT-related field; equivalent work experience may substitute the degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex programs with high transformational impact across multiple work streams.
• Translate business strategy into clear requirements and secure cross-functional support.
• Manage program plans covering scope, schedules and resource forecasts.
• Monitor program financials and track performance against time, budget, scope and quality.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and operations delivery for large-scale initiatives.
• Oversee change management including user adoption, implementation and training plans.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate risks across interdependent projects and programs.
• Build partnerships with senior IT, business, physician and finance leaders and communicate issues clearly.
• Review vendor performance, negotiate contracts and resolve invoices.
• Mentor and coach team members and provide performance feedback.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, MIS, or a related field
