• Minimum 10 years managing project budgets.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, MIS, or related field with IT or business experience including program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise programs with cross-functional teams and multi-year impact.
• Translate business strategy into clear requirements and gain cross-functional support.
• Analyze plans covering scope, schedules, and resource forecasts.
• Manage and monitor program budgets and performance against plan.
• Oversee IT infrastructure delivery and operations for major initiatives.
• Lead organizational change including user adoption and training plans.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks across interdependent projects.
• Build partnerships with senior IT, business, physician, and finance leaders; communicate issues clearly.
• Review vendor performance and support contract negotiations.
• Mentor and coach team members with performance feedback.
