Job summary

The role collaborates with executive leadership to deliver patient care quality gains and cost savings while mentoring junior architects and fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, conducting data analysis, and guiding change management for new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree.
• Prefers MHA or MBA.
• Experience in performance improvement and knowledge of lean principles, tools and techniques.
• Strategic planning and critical thinking for problem solving.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) if no card at hire, to be obtained within 30 days. (LA City only)
• Pref Certification - Job Relevant Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and manage detailed project charters and plans with department leadership.
• Ensure procedures meet regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Gather and analyze data to prepare reports and develop dashboards for KPIs.
• Lead redesign initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs with innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve resource issues and ensure stakeholder communication.
• Analyze financial data to support investments and strategic initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and professional development to junior team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
