Qualifications

• Related Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in business, nursing, or healthcare administration preferred.
• One to two years in hospital management or hospital consulting.
• Proven track record in operations, process improvement and PM.
• Lean/Six Sigma methodology understood.
• Knowledge of health care delivery elements.
• Project management and data analysis expertise.
• Ability to drive change under dynamic conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and promote change.
• Creative thinking and imaginative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and performance improvement efforts using Lean methods.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams across UCLA Health.
• Assess problems, collect metrics, and facilitate improvement projects.
• Develop improvement teams and sustain change initiatives.
• Facilitate projects and meet deadlines for MOVERS/ValU initiative.
