Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in strategic business development and/or ambulatory operations in healthcare.
• Substantial experience leading and facilitating work teams for change management.
• Managerial experience with supervision of nonclinical/clinical staff.
• Experience with compliance and patient satisfaction programs.
• Understanding of process redesign and continuous quality improvement methodologies.
• Ability to develop project plans and monitor progress to complete projects on time.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: plan, organize, coordinate and implement activities to meet objectives within budget and deadlines.
• Business Analysis: perform cost-benefit analyses and document business cases for decisions.
• Communication: maintain effective relationships with staff, faculty, patients and leadership; prepare for accreditation.
• Management: oversee clinic operations, budgets, staffing, and patient throughput while ensuring financial health.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
