Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in process consulting or process excellence.
• Experience leading complex consulting workstreams and mentoring juniors.
• Strong proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization projects from discovery to execution and change management.
• Evaluate end-to-end workflows and identify bottlenecks using data analytics.
• Design future-state processes and SOPs; establish best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Mentor junior and associate consultants; provide coaching and guidance.
