The role requires strong leadership, healthcare management experience in a physician setting, and skills in budgeting and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of healthcare management experience in a physician practice setting.
• 3+ years of operations management experience leading clinical and operational teams.
• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle, billing, patient experience, budgeting, financial analysis and recruitment.
• Experience with budgeting, Excel and accounting reporting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide support for generally four or more practices.
• Manage and optimize administrative workflows to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics to support goals.
• Own the financial budget for assigned practices and review monthly statements.
• Prepare and analyze financial and statistical reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
