Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the physician practice(s). You will collaborate with practice providers to ensure efficient daily operation and supervise staff, while safeguarding financial viability through revenue cycle management and expense controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent) or five years progressively more responsible healthcare management experience.
• Master’s degree in administration preferred.
• Must possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License.
• Credentialing via NAHQ or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the physician practice(s).
• Collaborate with practice providers to ensure efficient daily operation.
• Supervise and evaluate practice staff and ensure revenue cycle management and expense controls.
• Ensure compliance with Grand Lake policies and procedures and support marketing and growth initiatives.
• Act as liaison with hospital operations and lead special projects as assigned.
