Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida seeks an experienced administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of a physician practice. You will manage scheduling, payroll, staffing, budgets and performance metrics while ensuring quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

This leadership role requires coordinating with leadership, developing policies and procedures, and driving process improvements to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of leadership experience required.
• Previous practice management experience is preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet Net Operating Revenue objective of > $2.5 Million per fiscal year to sustain Manager Level III.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a physician practice.
• Manage scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
• Develop guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness and modifying activities as necessary.
• Develop and implements organizational policies and procedures.
• Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.
• Manages, monitors and assists in the development of departmental budgets.
• Reports budget variances monthly to practice leadership and CFO, identifies and reports on practice issues/opportunities and associated action plans.
• Manages regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
