JLL is seeking an experienced Healthcare Commissioning Director to join our Commissioning team. The role requires independent leadership, strong technical expertise, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.

The successful candidate will drive business development efforts, support proposal excellence, and pursue opportunities that expand the commissioning practice across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare commissioning experience.
• Assets: BCxP, CCP, CBCP, CEM, LEED AP, CXA, PE, PMP.

Aufgaben

• Staff and manage project delivery to meet profitability.
• Mentor commissioning staff and grow the team.
• Lead commissioning on hospitals, medical centers, and P3 projects per standards.
• Protect contractual position and ensure work meets requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead cross-functional teams.
• Lead Business Development efforts across the United States.
• Support proposals and competitive bidding.
• Attend industry events and network; build client relationships.
• Conduct site reviews and evaluations.
• Witness start-up, TAB and testing procedures.
• Perform Functional and Integrated Systems Testing.
• Use testing equipment (flow hoods, anemometers, pitot tubes, IR cameras, meters).
• Develop seasonal and performance testing protocols.
• Review drawings and sequences for compliance.
• Chair commissioning meetings.
• Prepare Pre-functional & Functional Test Forms; Integrated Systems Test Forms.
• Execute NFPA 3 & NFPA 4 testing.
• Manage project documentation.
• Develop and review training programs; track issues in an Issues Log.
