• Commercial healthcare construction project management experience required.
• Proficiency with project management technology tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex healthcare construction projects with a cross‑functional team.
• Interact with clients, medical staff, vendors and regulatory agencies.
• Negotiate contracts, manage documentation and compliance requirements.
• Track vendor RFPs, conduct weekly coordination meetings.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned healthcare projects; manage varying sizes.
