Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager to lead and deliver complex healthcare construction projects with a focus on patient care environments and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with clients, medical staff, vendors and authorities, manage contracts, documents, RFPs, and schedules, and guide project scopes to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare project or construction management experience.
• Commercial Healthcare construction project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex healthcare construction projects, focusing on patient care environments and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, medical staff, vendors and authorities; negotiate contracts and manage project documentation including compliance requirements.
• Track vendor RFPs, conduct weekly coordination meetings, and develop scope and schedule for assigned healthcare projects.
