NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst in the Project Management Office based in Brooklyn, NY. The role supports analyses, reports, and project management to advance NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn's priorities within the health system.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Hospital Operations and Analytics, you will shepherd initiatives from identification to implementation across disciplines, in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in an operational or strategic planning role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools, methods, and best practices; experience with data collection, analysis, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Performs ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses (operational, clinical, financial, market) to inform leadership decisions.
• Anticipates project needs and balances priorities across multiple workstreams; trains others in analytical tools/methodologies.
• Utilizes project management tools to develop project plans and track deadlines; supports key project decisions.
• Synthesizes complex information into high-quality deliverables for senior leadership; identifies reliable data sources.
• Provides administrative support for projects including meetings, agendas, materials, and action-item tracking.
