Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Business Analyst to support health, optimization, and change management of financial systems and ERP operations. The role requires advanced data fluency to mine complex datasets, develop queries, reports, and analytics, and translate findings into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration or Management.
• Minimum of 2 years in business process analysis, financial or data analysis.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Visio.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Query and Alteryx/Tableau is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support projects by delivering business analysis work and meeting timelines.
• Document current and future state processes including integrations and dependencies.
• Lead meetings; prepare agendas and coordinate follow-up.
• Develop, test and validate BRDs and change management documentation.
• Collaborate with MCIT to ensure designs meet requirements.
• Develop test plans and document risks and data requirements.
• Analyze data to determine impact of defects and data changes for requests.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports to support decisions.
