Job summary

NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst-Project Management Office to support analyses, summary reports, and project management across hospital operations.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Hospital Operations and Analytics, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shepherd initiatives from identification to implementation on or ahead of schedule in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in operational or strategic planning.
• Strong detail orientation, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with collecting, analyzing, and modeling data; proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Performs ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Anticipates project needs and balances priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Develops project plans and manages deadlines using project management tools.
• Synthesizes complex information for senior leadership presentations.
• Provides administrative support for meetings and action item tracking.
