Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is hiring an Associate Operations Director to guide staffing and policy implementation for the facility. You will report to the Market President and work with the Clinic Manager and dyad partner to address complex operational issues and drive improved patient care.

Ideal candidates have substantial Healthcare Administration management experience, P&L responsibility, and proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed, or 10+ years healthcare administration/leadership experience in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience over multiple physician practices or healthcare clinics
• 4+ years of management experience
• P&L management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with EMR systems
• Willingness to travel to Louisiana and Mississippi; local travel required; mileage reimbursed

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead staffing plans and implementation for the facility.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and dyad partner to drive operations.
• Make decisions on complex clinical and operational problems within departments.
• Lead multiple managers or senior professionals to ensure high-quality care and efficiency.
