Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Greensboro, NC seeks a Manager, Clinic/Center Administration to lead daily operations of our senior primary care centers, ensuring patient-centered care and strong financial performance.

You will supervise Medical Assistants and Front Office staff, manage staffing, onboarding, and provider onboarding, and collaborate with clinicians to achieve outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of operational leadership in a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and various software tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills across physicians, staff, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within a multi-physician office or clinical group, supervising MA and FO staff.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and manage financials including P&L.
• Plan staff meetings, onboarding, and provider onboarding; drive performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Improve patient satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) while managing clinic operations.
