Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Support Senior Analyst to join Front-End Operations. You will provide timely visibility, analytical insight, and operational support for projects, therapies, and business initiatives, and develop transparent methods to monitor KPIs.

The Senior Analyst will own function- and therapy-level performance reporting, partner with operations leadership to identify root causes, and drive process improvements that enhance the patient experience and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in healthcare analytics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely visibility, analytical insight, and operational support for projects, therapies, and business initiatives.
• Develop transparent methods for defining and monitoring KPIs; own function- and therapy-level performance reporting.
