CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst – Project Program Manager to support leadership with advanced operational and inventory analysis, performance reporting, and initiative execution, ensuring DSCSA compliance across processes and systems.

The role partners with Operations, Inventory, Compliance, IT and external partners to drive data-driven decisions, monitor KPIs, and sustain improvements within a regulated healthcare environment. 40-hour workweek with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations analysis, inventory analysis, program support, or operational excellence roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Tools: including BI, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and inventory performance to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across Vanguard operations.
• Evaluate throughput, capacity, inventory accuracy, waste, quarantine impacts, and execution effectiveness related to operational and inventory initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Operations leadership to support decision-making, prioritization, and compliance readiness.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor the effectiveness of implemented operational and inventory improvements, including DSCSA-related KPIs.
