Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of healthcare construction or capital improvement project experience with a focus on MEP infrastructure.
• Experience in active or occupied healthcare environments is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate clients, healthcare stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, and internal leadership to plan, manage, and deliver healthcare facilities projects.
• Oversee planning and execution of capital projects including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
• Assist in review of project documentation and manage changes related to scope, schedule, and budget.
