Copeland is seeking a Healthcare Market Manager to lead market strategies for life science and medical service environmental monitoring. You will analyze trends, size markets, and guide cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, distribution, and services to shape growth and investments.

You will travel up to 50% and report to the Director of Product Management, contributing to go-to-market plans and roadmap development for stationary and in-transit monitoring solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate to develop and deliver the Copeland Healthcare Business Strategy Plan, including market sizing and competitor insights.
• Create market roadmaps to guide product and solution development.
• Identify M&A opportunities in both stationary and in-transit environmental monitoring markets and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Conduct value assessments to support value propositions.
• Gather and analyze Voice of Customer insights to understand market challenges, customer needs, and regulatory impacts.
• Monitor competitive strategies and end-user requirements to influence specifications and market strategies.
• Define market segmentation, targeting, and prioritization to guide resource allocation and strategic focus.
• Translate market insights into clear growth initiatives and align cross-functionally to drive execution.
• Embed market intelligence into planning cadences to ensure data-driven decisions.
• Create go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and messaging.
• Develop sales and marketing enablement tools for product introductions.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with solution/sales engineering.
• Represent the organization as a subject matter expert at tradeshows and industry groups.
• Travel as needed (up to 50%).
