You will translate insights into actionable strategies, investment priorities, and long‑term growth opportunities aligned with business objectives.

This fully remote role requires leadership across cross‑functional teams, market sizing, and regulatory analysis, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Five+ years in market research, strategy development, or related field.
• Experience in Life Science/Healthcare industries preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Proficiency with data analysis, market sizing, segmentation, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop Copeland Healthcare Business Strategy Plan including market sizing and competitor insights.
• Create market roadmaps to guide product and solution development.
• Identify M&A opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps for the markets.
• Conduct value assessments to support value propositions.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights to understand market challenges and regulatory impacts.
• Monitor competitive strategies and end-user requirements to influence market strategies.
• Define market segmentation, targeting, and prioritization for resource allocation.
• Translate insights into growth initiatives and align cross-functionally to drive execution.
• Embed market intelligence into planning cadences to ensure data-driven decisions.
• Create go-to-market strategies including product positioning and messaging.
• Develop enablement tools for sales and marketing and maintain collaboration with solution/sales engineering.
