Copeland is seeking a Healthcare Market Manager for a fully remote position in the United States. The role drives market strategy across life science and medical service environmental monitoring, leading market sizing, segmentation, and go-to-market initiatives.

You will collaborate across Product, Portfolio Marketing, and Commercial teams, translating insights into growth opportunities, while maintaining the Copeland market model and monitoring regulatory trends. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in market research, strategy development, or related field.
• Life Science/Healthcare industry exposure preferred.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional alignment experience.
• Strong data analysis, market sizing, and forecasting capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop Copeland Healthcare Business Strategy Plan with market sizing and trends.
• Create market roadmaps for product and solution development.
• Identify M&A opportunities and strategic roadmaps for environmental monitoring markets.
• Conduct value assessments to support value propositions.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights to understand market needs and regulatory impacts.
• Monitor competitive strategies and end-user requirements to influence specifications.
• Define market segmentation, targeting, and prioritization for resources.
• Translate insights into growth initiatives and align cross-functionally.
• Embed market intelligence into planning cadences to ensure data-driven decisions.
• Create go-to-market strategies, including positioning and messaging.
• Develop sales/marketing enablement tools for new introductions.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with solution/sales engineering.
• Represent Copeland as a subject matter expert at events and industry groups.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
