Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Minimum five years in market research, strategy development, or related field.
• Life Science/Healthcare market experience or exposure.
• Proven leadership to align cross-functional teams on market strategies.
• Strong data analysis, market sizing, segmentation and performance tracking.
• Data-driven decision making and strategic planning.
• Global market perspective across NA, Europe and Asia.
• Excellent communication to bridge sales, product and engineering.

• Develop and deliver the Copeland Healthcare Business Strategy Plan with market sizing and insights.
• Create market roadmaps to guide product and solution development.
• Identify M&A opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Conduct value assessments to support value propositions.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights to understand needs and regulatory impacts.
• Monitor competitive strategies and end-user requirements to influence specs.
• Translate insights into growth initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.
