Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering complex business or technology initiatives.
• Healthcare and/or life sciences consulting experience preferred.
• Experience owning workstreams within a client-facing delivery environment.
• Proficient with data analysis and translating findings into recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own client workstreams and smaller projects from planning through execution.
• Translate complex challenges into structured analyses and actionable plans.
• Deliver hands-on analytical and solution work across HLS initiatives.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate findings to leadership.
• Apply data analysis, process mapping, and change management approaches.
• Develop client deliverables and contribute to proposals and SOWs.
• Identify risks and resource needs early and work with engagement leadership.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
