Job summary

Kenway Consulting in Chicago seeks a Senior Consultant for Healthcare & Life Sciences to drive strategy and implementation plans, leading workstreams and delivering hands-on solutions with minimal oversight.

You'll own end-to-end projects, build client relationships, coach analysts, and support proposals and account growth within the HLS practice, leveraging industry and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of delivering complex business or technology initiatives.
• Healthcare or life sciences strategy consulting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• Working understanding of value chains across HLS ecosystem (life sciences, provider, payer).
• Familiar with enterprise applications and platforms (e.g., Biopharma/Commercial, EHR, cloud).
• Hands-on data analysis, process mapping and BI tooling experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams or small projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Deliver hands-on analytical and solution work across business and technology initiatives.
• Apply industry, business and technical knowledge to solve client challenges.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals and SOWs.
• Coach analysts and consultants; share frameworks and best practices.
• Lead by example in Kenway’s Guiding Principles.
