Kenway Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant for Healthcare & Life Sciences in Chicago. You will own workstreams end-to-end, engage diverse stakeholders, and drive solutions that address current business and technical challenges.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality work, proactive risk management, and client-focused outcomes. You will coach analysts, support account growth, and contribute to Kenway’s HLS practice, across providers, payers, life sciences, and health-tech domains.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering complex business or technology initiatives.
• Healthcare or life sciences strategy consulting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with HLS value chains and regulatory contexts (e.g., HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and BI tools applied to healthcare or life sciences datasets.

Responsabilités

• Own workstreams or small projects end-to-end with minimal oversight and manage timelines.
• Deliver hands-on, high-quality analytical and solution work across business and technology initiatives.
• Translate client problems into structured workplans and analytic frameworks.
• Support client relationships, proposals, and account growth through clear, actionable insights.
