Job summary

Simon-Kucher is a global consultancy seeking a Senior Consultant to drive commercial growth through pricing, strategy, and digital enablement in Healthcare & Life Sciences. You will engage with Boston and Chicago teams and deliver analytics, technology roadmaps, and AI strategy across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting, 2–3 days on-site, and participate in client engagements for major healthcare and life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in management consulting or industry analytics or growth technology.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, with familiarity in commercial tech transformations.
• Experience with pricing, marketing, or sales software such as CRM, CPQ, ERP, CLM.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Hands-on software implementation experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Apply creative problem solving and strategic thinking to healthcare & life sciences projects.
• Plan and execute projects with alignment to client objectives, timelines, and risks.
• Develop commercial, analytics, and IT strategies and design target technology roadmaps.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior clients with clarity.
• Support recruitment and integration of new consultants in analytics and growth tech.
