Job summary

Kenway Consulting, LLC. seeks a Senior Consultant in healthcare and life sciences to lead workstreams end-to-end, engaging diverse stakeholders and delivering high-quality solutions.

You will own delivery from inception to impact, coaching analysts and driving proposals while ensuring client success. You will work within Kenway’s HLS practice, leveraging industry knowledge across R&D, provider, payer, and health-tech domains.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering complex business or technology initiatives.
• Healthcare or life sciences strategy consulting experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or certifications in related health, science, or engineering fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams or small projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, proactively managing timelines, escalating risks early, and ensuring client needs are addressed promptly.
• Deliver hands-on, high-quality analytical and solution work across business and technology initiatives.
• Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to solve client challenges and achieve workstream objectives.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and the courage to challenge constructively, focusing on doing what is right for the client and the engagement.
• Be accountable for the profitability and quality standards of the scope you own, ensuring all core deliverables pass QC and Delivery Lead review.
• Support the engagement lead by flagging risks, resource needs, and impacts to budget or timeline in a timely, transparent manner.
• Translate ambiguous client problems into structured workplans, logic trees, and clear analytic frameworks.
