Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Design & Delivery Consultant V for Continuum of Care to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that improve workforce performance.

The role partners with operational leaders and SMEs to identify training needs, create curricula, and implement effective learning strategies across the continuum of care, including home health, hospice, and palliative care environments. On-site residency is required in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of Home Health, Hospice, and/or Palliative Care experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation OR 11+ years in related field.
• GA licensure required at hire (RN/LSW/PT/OT/SLP).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions for workforce development.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and implement curricula.
• Lead trainers, guide adult learning principles, and ensure effective delivery across modalities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure outcomes to meet business needs.
• Manage complex program plans, timelines, and delivery execution.
