Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including 8+ years in healthcare IT or a regulated environment.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives involving EHR systems, clinical apps, or enterprise infra.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong IT domain knowledge across cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, end-user computing, telecom, and data analytics.
• Experience with third-party vendors and contracts, including performance oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project) and MS 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Healthcare IT projects from initiation to stabilization.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans: scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, communications.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, success metrics, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain momentum.
• Estimate and manage resources to meet milestones.
• Provide timely project updates through dashboards and reports.
• Oversee vendor performance and contracts.
• Resolve conflicts via collaboration and negotiation.
• Manage scope changes and contingency plans.
• Contribute to PMO processes and best practices to improve delivery outcomes.
