Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Healthcare IT projects.
• Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, metrics, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to maintain momentum.
• Manage resources and track milestones within scope and schedule.
• Provide updates via dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Oversee vendor performance and contracts.
• Resolve conflicts through collaboration and negotiation.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements.
