Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an experienced EHR Application Analyst IV to design, configure, implement and continuously improve our EHR content across multiple modules. You will work with business owners to validate specifications and lead projects from inception to completion.

The role requires independence, strong communication with leadership, and ability to mentor junior colleagues while coordinating with IT and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–8 years of direct experience implementing and supporting Electronic Health Records.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification in assigned EHR applications/modules preferred with 6 months to obtain certification if not current.

Responsibilities

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR content.
• Creates functional specs and validates them with the business owner.
• Leads projects independently following PM guidelines and meets deadlines.
• Acts as an application expert and resources for multiple IS teams.
• Prepares documentation including analysis, design and user guides.
