Job summary

TECHEAD is seeking an IT Project Manager with healthcare experience to lead a multi-workstream program across IT and clinical teams. You will coordinate with Epic and other stakeholders, manage risks and changes, and deliver through a hybrid model with 3 days on-site in the Richmond, VA area.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT project management within healthcare, experience with large deployments, and strong governance and HIPAA awareness. Bachelor's degrees in IT-related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
7+ years IT project management, with healthcare experience.
Experience running multi-workstream, multi-vendor programs in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated program plan across all workstreams and manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and changes.
Facilitate Executive Steering Committee—prep, facilitation, decision capture, and update distribution.
Execute the full communication plan: weekly IT leadership status and other recaps.
Run end-to-end change control: intake, impact, approvals, logging, and communication.
