Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience leading complex or enterprise initiatives.
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions that align to business priorities and project constraints.
• Proven ability to manage and balance competing stakeholder needs across multiple teams or functions.
• Experience using project management tools and data to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise projects by defining scope, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain program governance structures that ensure visibility, accountability, and risk management across initiatives.
• Manage project financials by forecasting, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions to maintain alignment with targets.
• Develop and deliver clear, structured stakeholder communications including executive-level updates and decision support.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining alignment to business objectives and delivery commitments.
• Strengthen client and stakeholder relationships to support project success and long-term partnership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, delivery models, and business outcomes based on project results.
