Essen Health Care, a leading New York multispecialty medical group, seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee healthcare technology initiatives. You will coordinate multiple IT projects, ensure alignment with goals, and communicate between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, and ensuring data security standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare IT PM, PMP/CSM, and strong vendor management skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in healthcare IT project coordination or management, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana) and documentation tools (Confluence, Visio).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for clinical, technical, and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate multiple healthcare IT projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports for leadership review.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
• Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data security standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Support change management efforts, including training coordination and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful system integrations and solution deployments.
• Mentor junior project coordinators and team members to build internal capacity and improve project delivery practices.
