Job summary

Qualifications

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing enterprise technology deployments in a client‑facing environment. PMP certification is required, along with a passion for delivering projects that improve the healthcare experience for providers and the communities they serve.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions that align to business priorities and project constraints
• Proven ability to manage and balance competing stakeholder needs across multiple teams or functions
• Experience using project management tools and data to monitor progress and inform decisions
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred

• At least 3 years of experience managing large‑scale or cross‑functional programs
• At least 2 years of experience improving processes or delivery frameworks
• Experience working with data analysis or reporting tools to support decision making
• Experience supporting strategic or enterprise‑level initiatives

Some travel may be required.
