Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years hands‑on software development experience.
• 4+ years experience with full lifecycle development using Agile methods.
• Strong experience with .NET, C#, and SQL.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable software solutions.
• Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, KS.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams, product partners, business leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with decisive decision making.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to influence, coach, and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the full software development life cycle for large, complex initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, product, business, and technical leaders to deliver solutions.
• Lead and participate in the full software development life cycle for enterprise projects.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support applications using .NET, C#, SQL and related technologies.
• Implement architectural and technical platform changes to improve scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate to understand future solution needs and contribute to technology strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to engineers.
• Mentor other technical associates to strengthen engineering practices and engagement.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies for innovation and automation.
• Establish best practices for Agile delivery, planning, code quality, and execution.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule outside standard business hours.
