Qualifications

• Experience: 7 to 10+ years of dedicated project management experience.
• Mandatory technical background in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or engineering.
• Atlassian Expertise: Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management for tracking and documentation.
• Portfolio management: proven track record delivering large enterprise projects in regulated environments.
• PMP Certification – Good to have.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end delivery of implementations, cloud migrations, and projects for enterprise clients.
• Plan and report budgeting, time tracking, and provide status updates to executives.
• Develop and own standard procedures for Professional Services engagements.
• Coordinate across engineering, technical support, and security teams to drive accountability.
• Translate technical roadblocks and milestones into client updates.
• Identify bottlenecks early; serve as primary contact and escalation path for clients.
• Build and maintain scalable project workflows for visibility to teams and clients.
• Ensure all activities comply with healthcare compliance and security standards.
