Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Health Informatics or related field, or equivalent combo.
- 3–5 years in data integration, ETL, or interoperability within healthcare or IT.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration projects and provide advanced technical expertise to support clients.
- Design and implement data integration solutions and APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex data integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with HL7, FHIR, HIPAA and data security standards.
- Mentor entry-level team members and share knowledge across the team.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver strategic advisory services.
- Perform other duties to support organizational goals.
