Abridge is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to design, build, and scale health‑care data integrations with partners and clients. You’ll work with engineers, implementation specialists, support, and product managers to deliver real‑time and batch data integrations using standards like FHIR and REST‑like APIs.

The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to secure, high‑quality healthcare integration solutions in a fast‑growing startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience launching business‑critical integrations with large enterprises.
• 2+ years of Epic Integration experience launching embedded and external apps in Hyperspace/Haiku/Rover.
• Experience with integrating via FHIR APIs and working with Smartlinks.
• Experience working with REST APIs, OAuth2.0, mTLS.
• Excitement about working on our tech stack, which includes NodeJS/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform.
• Passionate about working in healthcare integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support integrations and infrastructure.
• Build robust healthcare integrations using REST APIs, FHIR, and third‑party APIs.
• Collaborate with health system customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations.
• Enhance existing systems to improve performance, stability, quality, and security.
• Advocate for high standards; document and share knowledge; reduce technical debt.
• Build deep user empathy and maintain a user‑centric mindset.
• Communicate with cross‑functional product delivery teams across design, product, ML, and infra.
