Job summary

WellSky Corporation is seeking a Solution Engineer III to bridge the gap between our solution offerings and client needs. You will collaborate with sales, solution development, and implementation teams to understand requirements and demonstrate the value of WellSky solutions.

You will lead discovery sessions, architect custom, scalable solutions, and perform thorough debugging. Strong HL7, SQL, and API skills, plus healthcare IT experience, are essential for success in this role within our team.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting HL7 interfaces.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience architecting custom interfaces or integrations per technical/vendor specs.
• Healthcare IT experience, ideally in healthcare integrations or clinical data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to plan and execute implementation tasks aligned with client objectives.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather requirements and assess feasibility of custom solutions.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance custom solutions using appropriate tools and modalities.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis for custom solution issues and document resolutions.
• Communicate feasibility and scope with clients and provide tailored explanations.
