Job summary

WellSky is seeking a senior leader in Overland Park, KS to own all aspects of WellSky solution lifecycles from inception to delivery. You will translate market needs into actionable roadmaps and capabilities, guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, services, and client experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape the solution roadmap, drive go-to-market plans, and leverage AI to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 8-12 years relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to scope the solution roadmap and collateral.
• Collaborate with leadership to create the solution roadmap across the domain.
• Translate client requests and market feedback into design and requirements.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, professional services and client experience.
• Set priorities for development based on goals, timelines and commitments.
• Plan and execute go-to-market with cross-functional groups.
• Develop and communicate strategic direction, vision and scope, including partnerships.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
